JOB DESCRIPTIONSuperior Group is looking for a Logistics Management Analyst - Level 2 for our Client located in Tampa, FL.
Candidate will interface day to day with customer personnel and provide tactical level equipment support utilizing the Property Book Unit Supply Enhanced (PBUSE) and Force and Asset Search Tool (FAAST).
Support all SOF Service Components and TSOCs by identifying excess equipment and notifying Joint Redistribution Center (JRC) and PM/ Matrix Logistician.
Perform DODAAC and UIC management within logistics systems in order to ensure electronic legitimacy and data integrity are maintained.
Ensure government has necessary information on units of interest and the availability of needed assets to meet wartime mission.
Review and research catalog data through DoD cataloging systems.
Prepare backup data and analysis for input to the Materiel Readiness process in support of the Commander.
Perform data entry and develop presentations utilizing Microsoft Office.
Prepares and presents oral and written technical reports and project presentations to include metrics to senior management.
Required Skills / Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of Logistics Management Analyst experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience with Property Management Systems (PBUSE, GCSS-A, AFEMS, ISM, SWALIS)
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, completing multiple tasks and meeting stringent deadlines.
Have a working knowledge of PBUSE or any other Accountable Property System of Record (APSR).
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products – Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Be able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds unassisted
Experience working in property book or materiel management operations at the supervisory level.
Experience working with Department of Defense property management logistics information systems (PBUSE, GCSS-A, GCSS-J, FAAST, AFEMS, IGC, GCSS-M, DPAS, SWALIS, and ISM).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
