Summary: Supports sales staff by assisting in various aspects of sales as listed below. Manages large home builder customers.

Essential Responsibilities/Duties:

' Monitor and manage all assigned home builder accounts.
' Check Y3 report daily to verify pricing, quantities and Purchase Orders are correct.
' Provide copies of invoices/delivery tickets, match with PO's and mail/email to customer.
' Request Purchase Order extras from home builder field and follow up on requests.
' Log information into SAP
' Reconcile checks and maintain proper check application information.
' Generate customer aging to verify check application is correct.
' Research any billing issues/problems customer may have.
' Process payer/job #'s
' Update homebuilder contracts and condition records as needed.
' Process approved credits/debits to SAP system.
' Support account managers.
' Assist credit department.
' Assist customer service with any homebuilder issues.
' Answering and directing sales calls to the correct contact person.
' Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing to internal and external customers.
' Maintain confidentiality in daily operations.
' SAP system knowledge is a plus.
' Must be self-motivated.
' Proficient in business systems excel, word, and lotus notes, etc.
' Possess analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.
' Must be detail oriented and accurate.
