JOB DESCRIPTIONFinancial Analyst ? Multi-Specialty Physician Group
Key resource for providing strategic, financial, and operational information and financial tools for executives and management teams
Measure, analyze and forecast performance
Conduct financial modeling
Provide financial analysis related support for:
Tracking financial results and providing analysis for decision making
Practice management operations
Gather and analyzing data for budget reporting
Development, implementation, or modification of methods, procedures, and/or systems and related policies, procedures and forms
Identifying opportunities for system revenue growth and expense reduction
Bachelor?s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics - 2+ Years of Financial Analysis Experience in the Healthcare Industry
Advanced Excel experience (Pivot Tables, V-Lookup, Formulas)
Experience in physician practice management or healthcare related industry desired
Must have demonstrated competence in:
Experience in Reimbursement ? Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Contracts desired
