Help Desk/Library Control supervisor/lead Experience with working in a help desk setting, phone or web based directing people ability to lead remotely ability to work with business and technical resources IT back ground preferred Code Migration experience would be a plus Looking for someone to oversee day to day helpdesk process but also to work with IT and business to improve the process Experience with Incident Response management is a plus

Subject matter expert in System Administration/Configuration Management and Helpdesk/Incident Management ? will analyze and improve IT asset management (ITAM), configuration management, reporting, and alert capabilities ? this lead role manages service desk capabilities provide advanced functionality to automate repetitive tasks, along with robust incident management (e.g. ticketing) capabilities. The integration of the service desk enables more efficient IT asset management, endpoint security and end user support, reducing both the human and financial resources required for complete lifecycle management of connected systems and devices

Main Responsibilities: Oversees, plans and provides support for highly complex system and database administration. Coordinates with client management to formulate highly complex technical solutions. Identifies/Implements solutions based on client needs. Informs client management of appropriate developments in technical support products. Provides technical leadership to internal/external personnel on highly complex system installation processes. Mentors and provides guidance to junior personnel. Provides technical leadership to personnel on highly complex system administration activities. Provides technical solutions and escalated support for non-routine, highly complex technical issues. Evaluates products and upgrades for appropriateness of cost and compatibility. Oversees and implements system upgrade strategies. Leads the design, implementation and maintenance of highly complex solutions. Coordinates activities with other technical personnel. Conducts capacity planning reviews with management and approves capacity plans formulated by junior personnel.
