This position will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and screening candidates for both non-exempt and exempt positions. Candidates with experience recruiting in administrative, technical, customer service, accounting, engineering, or the financial field will be a huge plus! May also conduct pre-employment tests and reference checks, interviews, conduct new hire orientation, network with candidates and hiring managers, maintaining accounts, prepare for interviews with clients, heavy scheduling, and place employment ads online. Will generate and coordinate complex multi interviewer and multi-site interview schedules; Update candidate tracking to document interviews within the applicant tracking system throughout the interview process as well. Will also work directly with hiring managers to identify key points they are looking for.
The ideal candidate will be a goal-oriented contributor with high expectations of themselves and who aspires to advance themselves financially and professionally. An interest in growing into new business development is strongly desired. At least 1 year of recent recruiting, staffing industry, or sales/service-oriented experience is required (including hospitality, restaurant, retail, etc.). The ideal candidate will be very detail-oriented, has strong multitasking ability, works well on their own and in a team, is personable/approachable, is self-directed, has a good sense of humor, strong communication skills (both written and verbal), and has excellent time management skills. 4-year degree in any field of study is strongly preferred.
