Loss Prevention Agent

br Charlotte Hotel is currently seeking a service oriented,
br experienced Loss Prevention Agent to join our team.
br
br Responsibilities Include:
br
br *Performs security rounds of the hotel
br *Responds immediately to emergency situations and
br requests
br *Is courteous, tactful, and helpful, but firm in
br enforcing hotel policies and procedures (with both
br guests and associates)
br *Reports all shift activities before leaving the hotel,
br in writing, and via oral reports if needed
br *Creates and maintains the highest standards of security
br at all times
br *Participates in hotel amp; associate inspections
br *Confiscates all unauthorized parcels, and notifies the
br Director of Rooms and the appropriate department head
br *Monitors and checks Ids of any contractors on property
br and ensures they are in proper authorized areas
br *Performs any duties directed by the Director of Rooms,
br LP Supervisor or any Executive Committee Member
br *Be pleasant, smile and greet all guests, using surnames
br when obtained
br *Be actively engaged with our guests and deliver
br memorable guest experiences
