JOB DESCRIPTIONThanks to our global expansion, we are actively seeking experienced OPERATIONS COORDINATOR. We are an organization that takes pride in helping talented individuals meet their full potential through world-class training programs. This position supports the branch operations by processing applicants, assisting clients and implementing office procedures and systems.
? Greet visitors
? Receive all incoming telephone calls and route calls promptly
? Schedule qualified applicants for appointments
? Prescreen applicants for registration with AppleOne by administering and grading evaluations and recording test scores
? Back up account executive
? Enter applicant information into Office Automation system
? Maintain all records in accordance with the Quality Manual
? Maintain adequate supply of information for temporary associates
? Faxing, photocopying and other general office duties as necessary
? Process weekly temp payroll
