Lowell PT Mental Health Technician

Description:
The Mental Health Technician position is an opportunity
in the behavioral health field. We are seeking caring
individuals with an interest in behavioral health and/or
human services. Responsibilities include monitoring
patient safety, supporting the therapeutic milieu and
assisting with patient groups and activities.
Facility Information:
Lowell Treatment Center is a comprehensive behavioral
health facility that provides a wide range of inpatient
and partial hospitalization programs and services in a
therapeutic setting. We are conveniently located on
Varnum Avenue in Lowell. Our facility provides a safe,
therapeutic environment for adolescent and adult
patients and their families.
Requirements:
Education: High School Diploma/equivalent or 2 years
related experience. Associates or Bachelors degree or
College students pursuing a degree in psychology/human
services or related field preferred.
Candidates must have excellent communication and
interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in healthcare or mental health
preferred.
Comprehensive training program provided.
