You will get to work in a fast-paced, collaborative development environment architecting, designing, developing and testing a cutting-edge cloud solution. In order to have the broadest impact, you will engage with Product Owners, Technology Architects, QA and Automation team members on cross-functional activities.
Represent functionality of engineering products and solution with clear and concise documentation.
Plan documentation strategy based on use cases, requirements, and product delivery timelines.
Dive deep into product functionality in order to profoundly understand every feature which is documented.
Use cutting edge industry technologies to create compelling materials which are easy to use and effectively convey capability of product.
Utilize a variety of tools including web portals, pdf documents, product walkthroughs, etc.
Generate written documentation as well as multi-media content like walk-through videos, interactive demos, and context sensitive help.
Review and refine user facing text within the product.
Proven working experience in technical writing in the software industry.
Ability to deliver high quality documentation paying attention to detail.
Ability to grasp and explain complex technical concepts using graphics, tables, and other visual cues to improve understanding by the users.
Excellent English verbal and written skills.
Experience with content management systems and with structured authoring tools including DITA XML and XMetal.
Experience generating multi-media knowledge transfer materials with Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro, and After Effects.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technical Communications, or equivalent preferred.
