MES/MIS TRANSFORMATION LEADER
(Open to any Schneider Electric office location in the U.S.)

DESCRIPTION:
The Schneider Electric NAM IPO Organization is seeking a highly motivated, results oriented individual to lead the evolution of our MES environment. The successful candidate will manage a diverse group of developers and business analysts and have a significant role in defining the future landscape of MES in NAM, developing and executing the roadmap while ensuring the stability and eventual decommission of legacy systems.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

* Champion the effort to define and implement a state of the art MES solution that will meet the current and future needs of the Schneider Electric NAM Supply Chain business.

* Maintaining collaborative working relationships with functional business partners, staying abreast of business strategies and priorities and supporting as needed.

* Establish relationships with global and regional peers and maintain familiarity with IPO projects that may impact or integrate with the MES area.

* Be a thought leader and bring new ideas to light that will help us exceed our objectives strategic, efficiency, etc.

* Administrative and functional management of team activities, including HR activities, application support, enhancements and projects.

* Foster a high performance culture within the team, identify and address development needs, and ensure progression and coverage of the talent pool.

* Mitigate high risk areas in the existing application portfolio and ensure high availability of critical systems.

* Develop metrics to assess team performance.


QUALIFICATIONS:

* This position requires a Bachelors degree or equivalent with 8 years of applicable experience.

* Previous leadership experience managing a diverse team and complex projects.

* Supply chain experience required, MES preferred.
