The Mission:

The HR Team is committed to partnering and supporting TE Medical - Surgical & Cables sub-vertical to help the business and its people meet the challenges of a constantly changing business environment. The HR Team proactively enables business needs through the attraction, engagement and development of people.

Key Areas of Focus:

A primary responsibility for HR is to work with the Business Leadership team to ensure the Organizations' readiness to drive the growth KPI s of the Business Unit. Specific emphasis is placed to: Support the Business on People & Organization Issues: The HR team proactively enables the business to respond to its needs through the attraction, engagement and development of people; Development & Alignment of the Business Strategy and the HR Strategy; Leadership & development of the HR Team locally; Participation in the Global HR Leadership Team and Leadership of Global HR projects.


Scope: Support a set of Business Leads & their Teams by being:

A professional HR Practitioner providing:

* Primary HR entry point for Business for complex / non predefined people related issues

* Consultant services & support on people related matters plus follow-up key employees & people issues

* Define the HR roadmap in support of the Business Strategy for the location (s)

* Lead performance management processes and drive pay for performance

* Accountable for HR Roadmap delivery

* Participation on the TE Medical Global HR Leadership Team

* Leadership of Global HR projects on behalf of TE Medical Team

* Ensure that TE Operational Excellence in HR is delivered

* Support the HR team to deliver on its commitments -Responsible for the skill and career development of his/her team members

* Work closely with Corporate HR Support functions and Centres of Excellence to deploy key TE HR Initiatives

* Activate and get the support of skills & experiences available from within the Global TE HR Operations Team to deliver appropriate solution in a cost effective and efficient way

* Contribute to continuous improvement of HR Policies & Processes

* Diagnose, Design and Provide specific solutions to Business needs in light of legal/COE/regional scope

* Act as a consultant and/or a coach on Leadership & Organization related matters:

* Leaders coaching & Development

* Organizational Development & change facilitation

* Development and management of the Site HR Budget
