MLT/Phlebotomist

Uses expertise to efficiently collect and properly identify specimens , for laboratory testing, including non-blood specimens. Able to utilize lab computer system, and assume duties that require more in depth training, and abilities to multi-task. Assures Service Excellence to all our customers is the highest priority. Education: Per ND Licensure requirements. Licensure: ND Clinical Laboratory Technician License. Experience: Phlebotomy experience preferred. New MLT Graduates (registry eligible) will be considered. Skills: Keyboard skill preferred. Due to the constant communication in this area, both oral and written communication skills are necessary. Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrates positive behavior and interaction with patients, co-workers, physicians, visitors, and all other personnel.
Works and communicates efficiently in a clinic lab processing samples and reporting out lab results. Performs Point of Care Testing and trains staff to do Point of Care Testing in a large hospital setting. Full Time Day/Evening/Night/Weekends/Holidays
