MRA Sr. Manager Information Delivery

Oversees the development, deployment, maintenance and ongoing production of all applications used for information delivery out of the Management Reporting and Analytics environment including Oracle Essbase and Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition 11g (OBIEE).
Partners with Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis teams, Business Finance Officers (BFOs) and business areas to develop a vision and multi-year strategy for information delivery.
Collaborates with Technology to understand the organization's preferred delivery tools and future direction for information delivery, and ensures the selection and implementation of Management Reporting and Analytics tools and systems are aligned to the enterprise's vision.
Evaluates, recommends and prioritizes applications, tools and processes to improve delivery of information to our customers.
Drives the identification of requirements of our business users both within Finance and outside of Finance to ensure that their needs are met through the tools we employ in information delivery.
Works closely with the Management Reporting and Analytics project team and Technology to implement solutions. Leads the efforts to train users on the tools, functionality and information available.
Communicates and educates key stakeholders on vision, plans and progress on an ongoing basis.







Qualifications

Experience, Degrees, Certifications



At least 7 years of experience in financial reporting with minimum of 3 years experience managing teams responsible for financial management information processes or relevant initiatives.
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or related discipline required. MBA preferred.
Preferred candidate will have experience leading groups in the deployment of financial reporting systems and information delivery applications and processes.
Experiences doing so in a multi-dimensional reporting tool, like Oracle, Hyperion, Business Object, Cognos preferred.
Needs to have deep experience designing and delivering financial reporting, management and performance solutions including Income Statements, Balance Sheets, cash flows, and scorecards.
