MS SQL Database Administrator - OH - Columbus

Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Senior
MS SQL Database Administrator for a contract assignment with one of our
premier financial industry clients in Columbus, OH. Candidate will be responsible
for MS SQL Database development and support. Responsibilities:Maintain
current support ratios and keep Non Prod support SLAs. Provide input into
overall development/implementation plan and document database builds and
changes for use by the Production DBA team. Perform SQL designs, table
designs, and stored procedures workSupport the activities of the IT staff
for specific applications by providing in-depth consulting to client, IT
management and IT staff at the highest technical level. This includes the
identification and resolution of information flow, content issues, and
the transformation of business requirements into database definitions.Lead
data requirements, architecture review, and modeling sessions.Primary contact
for projects within the team, interfacing with project managers, application
development staff and executive management.Resolve all database-related
issues and works closely with the Development, Project Management and ETS
Translate logical to physical design, develops comprehensive DB architecture,
implementation and upgrade plans and assists in definition of database
standards, policies, and procedures.Required:Ability to architect, design
