Job Description

Adventist Health System is seeking qualified applicants for a MSOW Credentialing Application Specialist position to work in the Office of Clinical Effectiveness department based in Altamonte Springs, FL. The MSOW Credentialing Application Specialist reports to the Applications Manager and assists with the day to day activities of the Corporate Practitioner Data Management Office and supports the users in each Adventist Health System hospital or affiliated entity.


This position is responsible for real time ongoing audit of compliance with the standardized documents. It will maintain an acute awareness, current knowledge and accurate interpretation of the policies, standards and regulatory requirements pertaining to the management of practitioner data.

This position will also provide training to promote skills/abilities to the users which will address ongoing issues or otherwise customize the workflow in support of benchmarks and quality improvement programs, including web based trainings, development of documentation for training, and assessment of training effectiveness.

Additionally, this position will provide reports and dashboards to the Manager.

Requirements:
Education:
-Baccalaureate Degree, preferred Experience:
-Recent Morrisey MSOW experience is required -Recent experience in Medical Staff Office operations and credentialing preferred Skills and competencies:
-NAMSS Certification within 12 months of accepting position
