JOB DESCRIPTIONSeeking individual who can take on the challenge of solving complex problems related to customizing production machinery and related automation for customers in assembly, raw material forming and processing, liquid dispensing, laser cutting, etc.
*** Design, implement, and maintain software for machine control systems based on customer specifications and industry standards.
*** Develop, test, troubleshoot, and debug controller logic programs.
*** Configure, test, and modify motor controls, servos, variable frequency drives, vision systems, etc.
*** Ensure connectivity and communication between machines, controls, and centralized Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems.
*** Perform final acceptance tests with customers and modify software programs to meet customer needs.
Requires 3+ years demonstrable machine control and software development expertise for industrial automation. Practical experience with C# and Java as well as VB.NET and PC based machine controls is necessary to succeed in this position.
