ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND COMPETENCIES
You ll have the opportunity to be an integral part of our aggressive growth strategy by working on a successful and fast-paced equipment manufacturing team. You ll work on close-tolerance, multi-axis machines producing parts using complex blueprints and layout drawings. You ll work with some of the most prominent people in the industry who love to train the right people. This is a great opportunity to slingshot your CNC career! QUALIFICATIONS / EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
Precision Technologies, the MECHANICAL MANUFACTURING division of Benchmark Electronics, is looking for a career-minded MACHINIST II for our Fremont, CA location on Day or 2nd shift. Our client list reads like a Who s Who of Original Equipment Manufacturers requiring precision mechanical production capabilities including close-tolerance machining and electromechanical clean room assembly. Our product lines include equipment for the Semiconductor, Aerospace, Healthcare and Scientific Instrumentation markets.
What would really impress us: * Experience in a Contract Manufacturing environment * New Product Introduction * 2- year technical degree (or apprenticeship certificate) * Great communication and a service-driven attitude
What we need from you: * High-school diploma * 6 or more years experience setting up and operating multi-axis CNC machines
