span Seeking an Imaging Clerk for a 3 month contract with high likelihood of extension, located in Fort Wayne, IN! br   br This is a 3 month job with the likelihood of extension* (not guaranteed). br   br Founded in the early 1900’s; our client is a Fortune 500 company offering a diverse range of financial services and solutions. They are looking to bring on an imaging clerk who will be tasked with expediting the mail and faxes to various departments that are serviced by the Automated Work Flow Distribution (AWD) system. Members of this team have responsibility for processing and expediting financial and non-financial service transactions for policy owners, third parties, and internal customers. br Work Hours are 8am-5pm br   br Typical responsibilities include: br • Completes mail preparation for scanning and identifies proper form/work types. br • Scan documents using Kofax software that will upload into AWD for internal business areas. br • Data entry - Indexing documents at a client level by entering key information. br • Researches using the appropriate systems to identify information. br • Routes money items to Treasury. br • Ability to operate scanning and other automated equipment. br • Monitor phone and email boxes. br • Completes miscellaneous tasks as required. br   br Competencies/Skills: br • Productivity/Quality oriented br • Customer service focused br • Approachable/team mind set br • Able to multi-task/flexibility br • Strong comprehension and decision making skills br   br Required Experience: br • 0 – 1 year of experience in general office administration or records retention that directly aligns with the specific responsibilities for this position br • A demonstrated track record of consistently meeting and/or exceeding performance expectations br • Possesses a bias for action and avoids workplace distractions br • Drives performance targets to completion br • High School Diploma or GED br   br   br   br /span
