Job Description
Disassemble, clean, interchange core pins, & reassemble injection molds
Stage molds for set up
Use a CRT for BPCS system for data entry & job schedule
Water, electrical & hydraulic check mold after reassemble
Communicate any damage or scheduling problems to departmental supervisors
Minor mold repair Ejector Pins, Cam Pins, Electrical Switch / Heater
Operate various hand and power tools to prep/repair molds
Troubleshoot electrical problems and replacing/re-wiring electrical components in the molds. (micro switches, heaters etc)
Capable of reading part drawings
Capable of using micrometers, verniers, etc.
Capable of lifting & maneuvering 50lb. steel parts
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Injection molding knowledge highly desirable
Job Experience:
This is a 3rd shift position
