Maintenance and Repair Worker

Maintenance and Repair Worker. Supervise 1 worker. Construct and/or repair walls and ceilings; install sheet rock and taping; paint; install and/or repair tiles, doors, fixtures, windows, toilets, bathtubs, showers, kitchen cabinets, countertops in apartments located in apartment building and common areas; plant, maintain, trim, prune and fertilize shrubs, lawns, plants in and around apartment building; repair and/or maintain sidewalks, walkways and walls; repair, replace and/or maintain roof and façade in apartment building; respond to tenant requests and complaints; must be familiar with the use of and preferably own the following tools and equipment: nail guns, drills, saws, sanders, drills, chainsaws, trimmer, wet saw, hammers, files, mixers, table saws and lawn mowers, levels, compressors and floor sanders. Given that most tenants are Hispanic, preferred (but not required) that worker speak some Spanish.
