* Maintenance Scheduler

* is responsible for scheduling and coordinating all planned labor, material, and service resources for routine maintenance work and small maintenance projects for assigned Areas utilizing SAP per the ODM Process\. Ensure activities are consistent with Phillips 66 core values, aligned with Alliance Refinery goals, and in compliance with ODM process\.*
* Responsibilities may include

+ Schedule and coordinate all resources daily and weekly for routine maintenance utilizing input and updates from Operation Supervisors and Maintenance Supervisors + Optimizing CPM logic of plans to schedule work effectively and efficiently + Establish daily and weekly schedules in partnership with operation supervisors and maintenance supervisors which meet the refineries priorities and optimizes resources refinery wide + Understand Business Team's priorities and make changes to scheduled activities accordingly + Monitor and report back to Business Team on schedule compliance daily/weekly + Set planning priorities of work to be planned based on Business Team's needs + Lead daily and weekly scheduling meetings + Drive Business Teams backlog review and completion strategies + Providing vacation relief for other schedulers + Leadership role in scheduling/priority setting for Business Team + Audit scheduled and planned work to validate compliance to Maintenance Work Process + Guiding clerk with work order/notification closures and documentation as required + Resolve priority, scope, job step, and resource requirements + Provide weekly communication to Business Team of status of all jobs in PLAA, PLNN, and PLON status + Balance repair and preventive maintenance work + Review each planned job, closing gaps with planners + Confirm material status for scheduled work + Provide input and support for turnaround planning*

+ Legally authorized to work in the job posting country + High School Diploma or GED equivalent + 5 or more years of experience in Maintenance Planning/Scheduling + Experience in craft and/or operations + Proficient in Excel, Word, SAP, Symphonic, and CPM Tools + Must currently hold or be able to qualify to receive a Transportation Worker Identification Credential \(TWIC\) card\. + Trained in industrial maintenance job planning + Trained and/or equivalent knowledge of ODM Process, estimating processes and tools, Maintenance Planning Work Process + Working knowledge of Engineering, Safety, and IHS standards and procedures + Able to read and perform material take\-offs from isometrics and equipment drawings + Able to master SAP \(MM, PM, PS, FI modules\) planning and scheduling functions*
