Maintenance Tech - Buckhead

We are looking for a key player to join our team in Atlanta, GA. Atria Buckhead is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join us in our maintenance department. Your primary responsibilities will be to perform necessary tasks to maintain the facility in a neat and attractive manner, as well as maintain the necessary equipment associated with these tasks.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Order materials, Operate power tools, Paint, Replace light bulbs
- Receive and make phone calls
- Maintain resident confidentiality
- Check maintenance book/work orders for any special jobs that need to be done and complete job
- Move furniture as needed
- Perform preventative maintenance
- Basic electrical work

- High School graduate
- 2 years routine maintenance experience
- Able to use hand tools, ladders, carts, dollies, etc.
- Able to move 75 lbs unassisted
- Strong focus on customer service
- Flexible work hours due to demands of position
- MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK EVERY OTHER WEEKEND
- BACKGROUND CHECK & DRUG SCREEN ARE REQUIRED
