Job Description
Adecco has an immediate opening for several Direct Hire Maintenance Technicians in the Mebane, N.C. area for a variety of shifts. Positions are temp-to-hire, possibly direct-hire.
Top candidates will:
Possess a solid understanding of all the mechanical operations of manufacturing equipment along with the ability to trouble shoot and repair this equipment.
Understand preventive maintenance techniques such as vibration analysis, thermography, fluid analysis, and ball bar analysis.
Able to recognize and identify repetitive failures along with suggesting and implementing corrective action.
Possess the ability to read electronic schematics and hard wire prints, along with troubleshooting and repair of electrical systems.
Possess advanced knowledge of National Electrical Code and proper operations of multiple meters and amp probes.
Must able to obtain GKN welding certifications (stick, tig, mig, gas) as applicable.
Competent at trouble-shooting and programming PLC/CNC along with being PC literate with a solid understanding of shop math, blueprints and related troubleshooting equipment.
Possess an in-depth knowledge not only of mechanical and electrical functionality, but also of PLC/CNC programming, statistical analysis, and PC interfaces.
