Due to our continued growth, we have an immediate need to add experienced MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANS skilled in PLASTIC INJECTION MOLDING for our Charlotte NC manufacturing plant.

The Maintenance Technician will set up, adjust, and maintain plastic injection molding machines with responsibility for production quality and safety operations.

Job Responsibilities:
Analyze mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and operational problems of plastic injection molding machines
Plan for and take corrective action as needed to ensure production efficiency and quality goals are met
Maintain maximum production and quality by making correct adjustments
Review production schedule and make equipment changes as needed
Troubleshoot and test equipment to check operations
Perform scheduled maintenance routinely ensuring machines are operating efficiently
Make preventative maintenance checks and inspection of assigned equipment
Repair and diagnose problems with support equipment such as cranes, chillers, air compressors, cooling towers

High school diploma or equivalent
Two-year technical degree a plus
2 or more years experience in areas of maintenance for plastic injection molding manufacturing machines and equipment
Maintenance experience with the following
