We are looking for a Part-Time Maintenance Worker to assist in a variety of custodial and general maintenance duties for a commercial shopping center property, Antelope Valley Mall.

You will work on heavy cleaning, trash and snow removal and basic maintenance tasks.

In this role your primary responsibilities will include:
Maintaining the cleanliness of interior and exterior of a property
Performing basic maintenance functions

To become a valuable member of our team we are looking for the following:
High school diploma/GED (prefer)
A minimum of 1 year's experience working on a commercial property is preferred, however, will consider someone with strong
multi-unit residential property experience if meets the basic job and skill-set requirements.
Must have a have strong experience working with basic Plumbing, Carpentry, Painting, and Hardware
Must have a valid Driver's License
A willingness to work a flexible schedule is required, including occasional over-time, nights, weekends, holidays and on-call
Ability to effective prioritize
Close attention to detail
