JOB DESCRIPTIONAre you a Maintenance Technician and passionate about working in an industrial environment? Our Bremen, Indiana plant is hiring a Maintenance Technician to join our team. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining all electrical and mechanical process equipment throughout the facility. In addition the Maintenance Technician will be responsible for the following:
* Primary service provider to the production unit.* Responsible for all electrical, mechanical and facilities maintenance across the plant* Perform preventative maintenance tasks on time per the schedule * PLC programming and troubleshooting.* Assist with production needs and priorities.* Build relationship across the plant.* Supports and promotes safe practices and environmental commitments in alignment with company commitments, policies, and compliance requirements.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS* High school diploma or GED.* 4 or more years of experience working in manufacturing as a maintenance technician. * Experience with welding, fabrication, ladder logic, PLC, AC/DC drive systems, programmable controllers, power distribution systems and other basic electrical / electronic equipment. * Ability to demonstrate proficiency in both mechanical and electrical assignments.* Ability to work any off shift (second or third shift).* Ability to work holidays and weekends.* Ability to work overtime.* Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs, extensive walking, ability to climb stairs/ladders, be exposed to hot and cold.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS* SAP experience.* Purchasing experience.* Experience working in a team environment.
