AmeriPride Services is looking for a Major Account Service Representative to join our team!



A Major Account Specialist works in accordance with Company safety guidelines in a productive, safe, and efficient manner to provide exception service and on-time delivery to major customers. Key responsibilities of the position are to ensure customer satisfaction by providing direct customer support for assigned large accounts. Job duties include, but are not limited to: accurate and efficient execution of scheduled delivery and pick up of goods to and from major customers, as scheduled. Providing excellent customer service to customer on each delivery. Diligently works to promote the Company, its core values, and its products and services. Serves as the main contact to retain and increase account growth within a named group of large customer(s). The position reports to the Customer Service Manager (CSM) who oversees the territory in which the assigned account(s) are located.



Overall Duties

Interface with assigned major customer contacts and locations to ensure optimal service is being provided.

Identify and resolve issues in order to ensure on-going customer satisfaction

Attend customer meetings to help identify service and potential growth opportunities

Become a trusted partner in assigned accounts and become integrated into their culture

Maintains clean, professional, and tidy personal grooming.Wears the Company-supplied uniform while completing job duties.

Consistently seeks improvement and excellence in job skills.

Demonstrate and develop in the competencies aligned with the job.

Up hold and adhere to company values of integrity, respect, responsibility,and trust.

Adheres to standard procedures in support of Company-wide operational,financial,service,and safety goals.

Other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.

Commercial Vehicle Operation

Must be physically qualified to drive a Commercial Motor Vehicle and carry a medical examiners certificate (where required) stating such qualifications as dictated by Company, Federal (Such as FMCSR 391.41) or Provincial regulations in the country in which the job duties will take place.



Minimum Education/Experience

HS Diploma or GED

Proven record of punctual work attendance

Basic Math reasoning skills

Excellent driving record

Proficiency with English [Spoken and Written] (U.S - Canada, exclusive of Qu?bec).

Lifting Ability: up to 100 pounds: Push/Pull Ability; up to 300 pounds assisted

Capability to work in a fast paced work environment

Capability to work with people and teams in a collaborative and supportive manner strongly desired.



Preferred Education Experience

Two years industrial laundry experience or route service experience
