Oracle Hyperion EPM solutions is an industry leading enabling technology to the enterprise performance management process in which many of our practitioners specialize. Key responsibilities may include: * Engagement Management: Lead work efforts to redesign clients' internal and external financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes to improve the efficiency and availability of information to support decision making throughout an organization. Responsible for diagnosing existing reporting, budgeting, and forecasting models, re engineering, and implementing leading practices, supported by Hyperion EPM tools. Manage engagement risk, project planning and budgeting, define deliverable content, and ensure buy in of proposed solutions from top management levels at the client. * Business Development: Develop and maintain contact with decision makers at key clients, organize and lead pursuit teams, participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process for EPM reporting, budgeting, and forecasting opportunities. * Domain Development: Develop EPM business process and Hyperion delivery assets and methodologies, develop point of view, research or white papers, and support development of marketing collateral, public speaking and publication in industry periodicals. * People Development: Perform role of counselor and coach, provide input and guidance into the firm's staffing process, and actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities. * Ability to meet travel requirements, up to 100% Basic Qualifications: * Minimum 3 years of experience with reporting, budgeting and forecasting. * Minimum 3 years of experience implementing Oracle EPM solutions for large scale enterprise clients * Minimum 3 years Project Management experience * Minimum 3 years of consulting experience * Bachelor's degree Preferred Qualifications: * Minimum 4 years of experience with reporting, budgeting and forecasting process re engineering * Minimum 2 years of experience with finance strategy, strategic planning, financial reporting and analysis, and/or financial modeling and benchmarking
