Day in the life* You get to work with the best recruiters in Hospitality; hire the best operators in the industry, which means if there is an opening you fill it quickly, efficiently and with a 'You Got It' attitude!
* Identify hip, new, cutting edge recruiting methods to attract and retain managers (and I am not talking about a new agency!)
* Like to debate? Well you get to negotiate offers and Agency agreements (when applicable)
* We like a bunch of different people from different backgrounds so you get to create and manage cool recruiting strategies that attracts a diverse group of Operators
* You get to go back to school and present, coach and recruit students. Talk about holding on to your youth!
* You get to surf the Internet as long as you want to, just as long as you are recruiting
* Like to talk? Great, you get to carry on a conversation with people all day to assess their ability to manage fun as well as review their work history, education, training, job skills, and salary requirements (it is actually pretty fun)
* Have to be able to represent! That means talk about all the cool stuff D&B has, does and will do
* You get to play detective and work with some of the best background check companies out there
* You get to administer and manage the 'fun assessment battery' that you have to take to get this job
* Paperwork? Not a lot, we are pretty much paperless, but you do have to review Applications, Background Release Forms and Results. Your role is to make sure they meet our standards and, because I have to say it, you're responsible for 100% accuracy for your on line recruiting files
* Recognition for your great hiring prowess and accountability for your, well bad ones!

Working Environment* Non typical office environment. We have games in the lobby, a billiard table in the break room, Shuffleboard up front and we gather monthly as a corporate office to visit over 'refreshments'

* Home office as permitted and as specified by D&B
Experience RequiredThe 'Must's'- you must have excellent communication and organization skills and ability to exercise good judgment in decision-making. Must be available for frequent and extended travel and yes, must have 2-4 years of Restaurant recruiting experience or a combination of experience and education. Must be in the DFW area and able to work out of the Corporate office.
