What will I be doing? The Manager, Brand PR for Hilton's Luxury & Lifestyle brands can expect to learn all aspects of the Marketing, PR, and Digital fields from an internal corporate perspective. The Manager, Brand PR must have excellent communication skills, demonstrate creativity, and understand the importance of attending to the smallest of details. As Manager, Brand PR, you will be responsible for juggling multiple projects simultaneously, such as contributing to the management of key public relations programs, coordinating hotel press material approvals, drafting and reviewing brand press releases, updating the brand online press centers, working closely with other internal departments on messaging and programming, and inducting new hotel PR Team Members and agencies with our Brand PR SOPs. Other key priorities are listed below: * Assist Director, Brand PR in the creation of strategic Brand PR plans and programs (Taste of Waldorf Astoria, Waldorf Astoria Driving Experiences, Waldorf Astoria Golf Experiences, Conrad's Stay Inspired initiative, the Conrad 1/3/5, etc.) that positively align and promote our luxury and lifestyle brands * Provide support and at times complete oversight of execution for strategic press initiatives * Manage a global network of PR agencies that provide ongoing support for the brands * Write and prepare materials, including press interview briefing books, brand key messages, brand leadership speeches, presentations, brand press releases, etc. * Ensure consistency of brand messaging through brand and hotel press materials * Work with Director, Brand PR on planning of brand presence at media events, speaking engagements, media trips, etc., while accompanying and supporting brand leadership * Manage processes for external/internal communications, specific to message content, timing, audience around key brand announcement. * Manage reporting tools on behalf of all PR activities promoting our luxury and lifestyle brands (daily, weekly, and monthly reports, etc.) * Build and nurture relationships with key media * Play supportive role in issues and crisis planning and management * Manage all external touchpoints, including Waldorf Astoria, Conrad, and Canopy online press centers * Support Director, Brand PR with the management of our PR budget * Coordinate across Communications departments to ensure that externally facing brand materials are up-to-date and disseminated to audiences appropriately * Collaborate with between Communications departments: corporate, regional, and brand PR Hilton World Wide Inc. is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
