JOB DESCRIPTIONCIOX Health is seeking a highly motivated, hands-on Client Services Manager to work with designated clients to ensure all client business needs are met with the highest degree of quality. The Client Services Manager is responsible for all aspects of implementing new clients and supporting them post-implementation in a manner that exceeds client expectations, including although not limited to all client communications, conflict resolution and ensuring compliance on client deliverables.
Tasks / Duties:
Learn and master the details of all processes and all technology that are used to deliver services to clients.
Thoughtfully setup and maintain a demonstration database that can be quickly and regularly refreshed and re-used for client demonstrations.
Perform software demonstrations to prospective clients. Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills and comfort in communicating with people at all levels within an organization.
Highly proficient in creating high-quality presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint,
Highly proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Provide sales support by serving as end-to-end subject matter expert of the service/product we are trying to sell
Manage and perform all aspects of implementing new clients including overall implementation project management, acquiring client data, developing and performing the appropriate data quality assurance steps, loading project initiation data into the system, reviewing data after it is loaded, remediating any data problems once the data is loaded, closely monitoring project status and success throughout the entirety of the project.
Setup and test new user profiles.
Conduct user training.
Act as primary day-to-day client liaison & ensure client is delighted with CIOX Health products & services
Manage complaint resolution process
Log technical issues reported by client and troubleshoot root-cause and lead the technology team through the resolution process of such issues.
Manage user roles within Chartfinder application
Design and implement software testing process
Assist with Market Research and Biz Dev Projects.
Assist with the functional design of new or enhanced software applications to satisfy client needs.
Ensure CIOX Health operations are meeting all client SLAs.
Identify key areas of operational weakness and provide input to management team.
Monitor new process and technology initiatives to ensure alignment with client needs.
Work closely with sales to identify additional revenue opportunities with current clients.
Proactively conduct strategic account reviews with all assigned customers on a regular basis.
Requirements: Experience working in the healthcare insurance and/or healthcare audit industry preferred, but not required.
A combination of training, education, and experience that is equivalent to the employment standard listed above and that provides the required knowledge and abilities.
Minimum college degree or equivalent.
Ability to use Microsoft Office products i.e.; Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Understanding of CRM systems and processes.
Excellent customer service principles and practices.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of management and staff.
Strong ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work-independently in an extremely fast paced, high pressure environment with minimal supervision.
