PAREXEL currently has an exciting opportunity for a seasoned clinical operations professional to join our team as a Manager, Clinical Operations. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Clinical Operations, this key position will oversee a team of CRAs (Monitors) and CMAs ( In-house CRAs) and serve as the point person for Clinical Operations support. You will serve as their functional line manager, responsible for continued career development and training. Oversight of the teams activities Resourcing of staff on projects Quality control of deliverables to clients Timely delivery of staffs project deliverables Ensure direct reports meet departmental and project productivity Train, mentor and motivate staff to succeed Administer and deliver formal review of staff Maintain turnover of team Administer and execute developmental plansQualificationsSuccessful candidates must have a minimum of 3-4 years of demonstrated, functional line management experience leading a team of regional CRAs within a CRO (preferred), Biotech or Pharmaceutical environment, in addition to having a foundation as a regional monitor to best provide proper training, development and mentorship of your team. Candidates with study or project oversight will not be considered without the functional management experience.
