Responsibilities:The position is a manager role in the Corporate Financial Shared Services (CFSS) group provides financial support to the TE Information System (TEIS) organization relating to forecasts, budgets, and actual variance analysis for the corporate functional leaders and assists in managing $300 millions annual spend world-wide. . The Finance Manager must effectively manage operating expense, capital, and headcount for the various TEIS functions through strategic planning and business analysis. The successful candidate will identify and implement process improvements to have a value-added impact on the organization and results. Additionally, the person will assist with special projects and ad-hoc requests.Requirement:Responsibilities:
- Act as a valuable business partner to the TEIS organization and facilitate the decision-making
- Support the monthly close and forecasting process
- Perform variance analysis (actual to budget and forecast), identify the key cost drivers
- Manage capital project budget and spending
- Develop the cost allocation of TEIS shared services to the business units
- Assist in annual budget coordination, improve and streamline the budget process
- Responsible for internal control and compliance
- Lead and support special projects
- Supervise one or two financial analyst Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Budgeting and forecasting experience
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and Access skills, and experience in implementing databases
- Proficient in SAP and Hyperion
- Prior experiences in Data Warehouse, Cognos or Business Intelligence would be a plus Personal Attributes:
