* Responsible for all reimbursement issues and the maintaining and updating of all reimbursement reporting functions.

* Prepares and reviews Operating and Capital Budgets.

* Is responsible for reporting identified safety issues such as hazardous environments (i.e. damaged floors/walls/ceiling tiles/unsecured areas) and medical errors, etc.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration Five years hospital reimbursement supervisory experience required.

SPECIAL EQUIPMENT/SKILLS:
Familiarity with PC applications and programs including Lotus 1-2-3 and Excel spreadsheets and Windows 95 Office Applications required. Personal computer, CRT, fax machine, calculator, telephone and all other related office equipment.

Must possess the initiative to pursue new areas of increased reimbursement. Exercises creativity in designing and implementing financial reports and analysis. Excellent organizational and communication skills required to handle the constant requests for data and reports.
