The Manager, HR Technology is accountable for providing leadership to the HRTS Talent Management Production & Analysis group, which is, in turn focused on the support of all Integrated Talent Management systems and respective integrations to various internal and external systems. This role reports to the Director, HRTS Product Management.
Management: Create and manage performance of a cross functional team of Analysts through goal setting, performance reviews, coaching/mentoring and professional development plans. Identify and organize annual resource needs for projects and production support.
Customer Relationships: Proactively establish relationships with the business units to understand their strategies. Provide subject matter expertise to corporate and division users for system enhancements, customer acquisitions, data quality, business processes, troubleshooting, on-going systems support, reporting and training deployment. Partner with business units to ensure adherence to policies and procedures. Responsible for fostering cross departmental interactions and ensure service levels are being monitored, revised as needed and met or exceeded. Partner with business units to ensure adherence to policies and procedures. Handles escalated customer issues and assists with customer in diffusing escalation through excellent customer service skills with a proactive approach to customer satisfaction.
Vendor Management: Serve as a liaison with cloud vendors and other departments for any issues that need to be addressed and facilitate a resolution. Identify process improvement opportunities through vendor audits, operational assessments, pre/post implementation assessments. Understand vendor roadmap and how it applies to the Cox business. Educate vendor on the Cox roadmap and desired product enhancements.
Issue Management: Manage day to day issues serving as an escalation point for Analysts working interactively to resolve issues in a timely manner. Proactively identify issues and risks and develop effective solutions. Provide insight into trends and solve complex design/delivery problems through innovative solutions creating best practices for long term solutions.
Compliance: Coordinates with technical services on updated and upgrading systems to ensure the integrity and accuracy of Talent Management data. Identifying and communicating issues and suggesting/implementing plans for process changes. Actively tracks and analyzes new legislation and participates in educational opportunities. Ensure standards and governance are in place and adhered to for all phases of product lifecycle analysis, configuration, testing, and deployment.
Projects: Provide resources and process knowledge/subject matter expertise for projects as needed. Review and approve design of functional requirements/specifications for new development and ongoing projects. Ensure the management of the system enhancement (work request) process. Responsible for ensuring security design is completed for projects.
Data Quality/Reporting: Partner with HRTS Reporting Team providing subject matter expertise as needed, identifying reporting needs of customers through system analysis. Understand and provide insight into trends, assist with creation of best practices for long-term solutions and approve modifications to existing processes.
System Production & Set-up: Ensure efficient and accurate system production through effective analysis, design and maintenance of system tables. Provide recommendations for improving production activities. Work closely with the Project Management group and IT organization for implementing and prioritizing system functionality and releases as well as provides guidance and resources for those efforts.
Testing: Provide guidance on planning, design, development and execution of test scenarios and scripts. Partner with internal QA team to ensure appropriate level of QA testing prior to User Acceptance Testing.
* Bachelor s degree required.
* Minimum 3 years experience supporting HR Applications.
* Excellent customer service, verbal, written and communication skills.

* 3+ years experience supporting Integrated Talent Management and Goals and Performance systems (preferably Oracle Fusion or other Cloud solutions; greater than 10,000 employees) or other HR Cloud applications preferred.
* 2 years of managerial experience preferred.
* Experience with Agile methodology desired.
