span Modis is seeking an experienced Manager of IT Change Management that has worked in fast paced enterprise environment for one of our industry leading clients located in Wilmington, DE.  Our client desires to hire this candidate on a contract basis with an initial 6-12 month term with longer term extension anticipated.  Local candidates required. br   br Responsibilities Include: br • Responsible for the oversight of all IT Changes and the governance of the IT Change Management Process for the organization.   br • Manage the IT Change Management process to ensure compliance and proper facilitation of IT changes across the organization br • Run Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and provide follow up on outstanding issues. br • Communicate impacting changes to the lines of business. br • Perform quality checks within the change tickets.  Ensures changes meet minimum acceptance criteria (MAC) br • Assist in the resolution of change management issues, as required. br • Generate weekly / monthly reports for management distribution br • Follow up on aged changes and change tasks & escalate as required br • Partner with change coordinators, leads & management regarding trending and discuss areas of opportunity to decrease re-occurrence and established needed processes br • Trend areas of opportunity, make transparency and escalate to decrease re-occurrence of issues or established required processes br • Assist with audit requests as required br • Maintain change management documentation / SharePoint site as required br • On-call rotational support br   br Required Experience & Skills: br • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT change process management with excellent performance records br • Strong ability to understand and analyze technical changes to ensure proper risk br • Excellent knowledge of ITIL & Agile concepts br • ServiceNow experience is a strong plus br • Ability to multi-task and pay strict attention to detail br • Strong problem solving skills with ability to create, document and communicate resolution, and reporting br • Ability to build relationships with technical personnel and management br • Ability to communicate with senior level management br • Well versed with the software development life cycle br • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite br • Excellent oral and written communication skills br • B.S in computer science or related field experience br   br For immediate consideration, please email your Resume in MS Word format with contact information and salary requirements (Email Address Withheld by Request) or call (610) 832-2221. br   br   br   br /span
