Manager, International Pricing and Marketing - Reporting to functionally to Director, International Pricing and Marketing; operationally to Senior Director, Global Inbound-Outbound
Job purpose:
The role of the manager will be to develop and execute pricing strategies for inbound and outbound programs through competitive canvassing and implementation of rate changes, which support the department's objectives.

Key-result areas (Major Accountabilities) -Canvass rates and analyze competitive stance to ensure alignment with established pricing strategies -Implement changes to rates based on market conditions in order to conform to established pricing strategies-Generate and analyze performance reports to evaluate the effectiveness of pricing strategies -Maintain pricing structures within the pricing systems, making appropriate changes as structures are amended, new rate plans and/or locations are added, and fleet changes are made.-Create and distribute regular and ad hoc reports to Management and Marketing & Sales teams worldwide in order to monitor the international business effectively.-Monitor offsell system actions to ensure that resultant inbound / outbound pricing remains logical.-Manage commercial terms for key travel partners.Job Contacts:

Job dimensions:
Develop and implement strategies and initiatives to drive revenue growth into US, Canada, and Europe markets, through competitive analysis and rate maintenance.Education:

Bachelors Degree required

Knowledge/Skills -Must have excellent oral and written communication skills-3 + yearsof business experience required-Demonstrated facility with PC-based systems and associated software packages, advanced Excel skills-Quantitative skills represented by a familiarity with basic statistical data analysis and a working knowledge of the elements of corporate finance.-Must be fluent in Spanish (Bilingual - Spanish/English).
