* Northrop Grumman Corporate office in Falls Church VA, is seeking a Manager of Leadership Development to join the Talent Management and Development organization to accelerate leadership capability across the enterprise for front\-line managers to executives\. In partnership with the Director of Leadership and Professional Development and Organizational Effectiveness representatives, lead the leadership development strategy and act as the subject matter expert across all leadership development initiatives; drive cutting edge leadership development solutions adaptable for the enterprise applying best practices, measurable effectiveness, and impact on performance while ensuring global implementation considerations are embedded; foster and influence key stakeholder relationships with HR, OE, and business leaders to consult and develop strategies for leadership development through gap analysis and other proven methodologies; manage activities in the full range of the ADDIE process while monitoring critical risk indicators and making adjustments as needed to ensure successful implementation of leadership development initiatives on time, within budget and at the required level of quality\.

* Basic Qualifications:

* + Bachelor's degree and minimum of 10 years of experience within corporate learning and development organization or other applicable HR/Business experience leading leadership development training initiatives+ 4 years of experience as a People/Project Manager+ Demonstrated experience executing enterprise learning initiatives+ Demonstrated ability to implement high impact management and professional development initiatives for a global organization+ Expertise leading teams in the design, development and delivery of classroom, e\-learning, and blended learning training, ADDIE methodology, Instructional Systems Design \(ISD\) methodology, and facilitation for senior\-level audiences+ Proven ability to effectively interface and influence senior leaders+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite+ Occasional travel required
