* Job Summary \(Role Summary\)

* InterContinental Ambassador is a paid for loyalty program for the InterContinental Hotels & Resort brand\. This role is responsible for managing the InterContinental Ambassador marketing strategy and delivery across all channels to drive acquisition, retention and hotel revenue\.*
* Essential Duties and Responsibilities \(Key Activities\)

* Strategy and planning
*
* :
Develop the 3 year end to end member communications strategy and manage roll out plan across all member touchpoints including in\-hotel, direct marketing, digital and social marketing\.*
* New member acquisition:

*
* Identify, target and acquire high value members to drive circa\. $6M in program revenue p\.a\.*
* Member retention and engagement:

*
* Develop and manage communications to drive member engagement with the program and increase retention and tenure\. Deliver circa\. $7M in renewal revenues p\.a\.*
* Program identity guardian:

*
* Custodian of the Ambassador verbal and visual identity\. Ensure key stakeholders are educated on the identity and that all member communications follow program guidelines\.*
* Digital channel management:

*
* Develop and manage the plan for all digital assets to support the overall member communications strategy and to drive acquisition and retention\.*
* In\-hotel member communications
*
* :
Develop collateral to support program goals in InterContinental Hotels & Resorts\. Ensure the communications are relevant for key marketing through adaptation and localisation\.*
* Agency management:

*
* Manage relationships with Ambassador agencies ensuring projects are delivered on time and on budget\.*
* Budget management:

* Manage the marketing budget to deliver a positive ROI*
* Marketing analytics:

*
* Review member analysis and reporting to assess effectiveness of communications and identify new opportunities\.*
* Qualifications
*

* Education
*
* Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant field of work or an equivalent combination of education and work related experience\.*
* Experience
*
* 5 years progressive work related experience with demonstrated proficiency in multiple disciplines/technologies/processes related to the position\.*
* Technical Skills and Knowledge
*
* Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of loyalty programs Knowledge of the upscale / luxury sector Demonstrated experience in managing cross channel marketing campaigns Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills Demonstrated project management experience in organising, planning and executing projects from conception through implementation\. Demonstrated experience in third party agency management Understanding and knowledge of global consumer markets Understanding of and ability to interpret marketing analytics, customer modeling etc\. Demonstrated experience in managing budgets\.
