Leads the overall Go-To-Market strategy and implementation for all key lines of business for the Consumer segment. Partners with Marketing, Sales, Field and Marcom teams to manage and enhance the company's approach to targeting, segmentation, tactics and channels optimization to ensure acquisition and revenue goals. Use extensive strategic and critical thinking skill, ability to see the big picture, and deep understanding of marketing, finance, and business management to drive best in class customer acquisition growth results. Apply leadership, excellent oral and written communication, and decision making to grow customer penetration and maximize revenue opportunity at a market level.


* Develop and execute Go-To-Market strategy at corporate, region and market levels
* Optimize sales funnel from lead generation to channel distribution
* Drive targeting and segmentation strategy for prospects and existing customers
* Coordinate with Marcom peers to ensure positioning, placement and creative aligns with GTM strategy
* Conduct Competitive Benchmarking (SWOT & Geographic Vulnerability Analysis)
* Development Of Distribution Strategy for Partner Channels
* Analyze Segment Performance And Make Recommendations To Improve Key Product Sales And Penetration Of Sub-Segments
* Performs sensitivity by segment/vertical/etc and analyzes the impact of strategic changes to the business
* Evaluates effectiveness of strategies, identifies gaps and opportunities, and recommends innovative yet practical improvements
* Leads projects for partnerships, programs/campaigns, and new product or service offerings that optimally align strategy with value to drive revenue, customer retention, profit, etc.

* Utilize metrics and reporting to support Go-To-Market Strategies across the target audience(s)

* Trend analysis, data analysis and managing trials and tests


* 7+ years of related experience
* Bachelor's degree required
* Experience leading/managing a team of at least 3-5 team members
* Strong background in marketing strategy
* Significant knowledge and experience with marketing/business analysis
* Significant experience with Excel and other modeling software
* Strong use of Microsoft Office products including Power Point and Word
* Strong analytic and fact-based decision-making skills
* Exceptional organizational and problem solving skills and proven ability to handle multiple tasks
* Outstanding written and oral communication skills, with experience presenting to executives

* Telecom industry experience preferred

* Ability to work with ambiguous direction while driving programs forward to meet tight timelines and aggressive objectives

* Analysis of market data to drive strategic marketing decisions: understanding of market opportunity, market penetration, sales rates and competitive situation to drive changes in marketing, segment and channels
* Provide strategies and recommendations based on data/analysis and metrics tracking
* Lead and/or participate in cross-functional teams to achieve collective goals across organizations
* Successful completion of the required online Manager Assessment
