What will I be doing? The Manager, Marketing Planning will take an active role in shaping strategic marketing planning process for Global Marketing to ensure business objectives are achieved. The Manager will maintain and initiate workflows to ensure alignment between Brand, Region and Channel marketing teams - including annual, quarterly and tactical planning. * Other key priorities are listed below:Serve as planning liaison to Brands, Regions and Channels and be accountable for the quality and timeliness of marketing plans * Develop and maintain integrated marketing calendar to capture Brand, Regional and Channel marketing activities * Work collaboratively with Marketing Activation team to ensure campaigns are initiated in a timely manner * Proven ability to work with numbers and complete analytical tasks * Outstanding strategic orientation and experience in strategic marketing planning * Proven ability to implement, support, and track multiple programs under strict timelines * Solid understanding of project management including ability to identify and resolve issues, manage risk, develop detailed work plans and specifications, recommend resource allocations and run team meetings * Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal) with a demonstrated ability to work with all levels of leadership * Build and maintain working knowledge of hospitality industry, marketing trends, planning methods and other relevant tools * Perform other duties as assigned Hilton World Wide Inc. is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
