JOB DESCRIPTIONAAMVA is currently seeking a Manager, Member Services to join the Member Services most importantly as it relates to dues-related and member benefit questions.
* Collaborates with Communications team to utilize various communications vehicles and outlets to promote new members, update member lists and respond to member needs
* Manages volunteer applications and appointments to committees and working groups
High School or Bachelor's degree, and at least 10years' experience, preferably in an association management environment, along with progressive supervisory experience.
Experience working with netFORUM
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and innovative problem solving skills
Excellent customer service skills and ability to develop strong relationships with colleagues and internal and external constituents
Ability to efficiently handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with individuals at levels and to communicate in both oral and written form, clearly and concisely with management and support staffs, ability to work independently, prioritize work assignments and to handle may projects simultaneously, able to work under pressure and deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, for a PC environment.
