JOB SUMMARY: Responsible to Directors for providing leadership and management of assigned unit(s)/department(s). Supervises and/or coordinates the functions related to business transactions, medical records management, clinical services, compliance, safety and customer service. Works collaboratively system-wide with administrative and medical staff as needed. Provides direction and is a resource to meet the operational needs of assigned areas of responsibility. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Bachelors Degree in Nursing or its equivalent in related field plus one (1) year supervisory/management experience (may include charge, AHN, HN, Administrative Supervisor, etc.) - OR - Associate Degree/Diploma in Nursing or its equivalent in related field plus two (2) years supervisory/management experience at St. Luke s (may include charge, AHN, HN, Administrative Supervisor, etc.). Experience: Minimum three (3) years previous clinical/work experience in acute care facility. Licensure/Certification/Registration: Current license in Minnesota to practice as registered nurse. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Master s Degree in Nursing or its equivalent in a related field, or active enrollment in Master s program with agreed upon completion date is strongly preferred.
