Manager, Online Systems The manager is ultimately accountable for the maintenance and support of the externally facing online systems, and will provide a point of escalation for all client teams and services. Responsibilities: Key Roles be the customer*s focal point for key technical aspects concerning the applications on a day to day basis. * Own the application issues or customer documentation used within the delivery organization and assume responsibility for its updates. * Participate in service status meetings of the application organization, providing information and analysis related to the applications to the customer and support the Production Support Manager in the service status meetings. * Raise requirements to DEV organization in order to improve efficiency * Provide Director with reports on open issues. * Participate in customer meetings upon request * Obtain agreement to providing additional resources which may affect costs. * Support follow up of Customer Satisfaction issues. * Ensure the coherence of the backup and data recovery plan * Actively participate in systems security and audit readiness * Respond to RFS*s that pertain to system/server/resource availability * Perform RCAs * Ensure SLAs and police problem ticket activity. * Run weekly or daily technical or scrum meetings. Assume responsibility for updating the hardware and software inventories in accordance with asset management processes. Engagement: The role is expected to be involved throughout the lifetime of the project on a day to day basis The role will require time to meet regularly with the Project Director, Project Manager, Client team leads and QA Lead Qualifications: Role Prerequisites: Strong leadership skills to drive effective delivery Sufficient authority within Client over their teams * non line managed Full support of the solution Strong communication skills to promote and ensure adherence to the Technology strategy and plans Background working with technology areas, such as Network, Operations and Information Management Strong Service Delivery skills and must be a versatile resource.
