Manager Physician Practice Integration UCM Care Network
In collaboration with UCM Care Network leadership and key operational leaders within UCM Ambulatory Operations, the Integration Manager, UCM Care Network, will work closely partnering with locally acquired and participating physician practices and hospitals to ensure integration and on-boarding success into the UCM Care Network.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Develop and implement integration planning and post-acquisition integration efforts ensuring smooth phase-in of newly acquired physician practices and practices into the UCM Care Network. Provide support for internal team members relating to operational aspects of integration assessment and integration implementation. Assist in the definition of key value drivers and assess current operational actions required for integration and ongoing successful operations. Develop and implement project plans for integration of multiple practices concurrently. Work with all functional areas in establishing baseline processes and procedures through administrative functions.
As requested, assist with obtaining information related to target practice(s), including relevant geography, group knowledge, financial information, and other information that would be relevant to projecting the impact and fit of the practice within the UCM Care Network.
Support change management initiatives that drive clinical outcomes, staff engagement and business results for the UCM Care Network and by extension, UCM overall, including process improvement, organizational design, realignment, and the assessment of staffing.
Develop new integration processes and tools that improve transition and integration for physician practices and other healthcare entities moving into the UCM Care Network.
Performs other duties assigned.
Candidate should possess the knowledge (education, experience), skills (technical/practical), and behavioral attributes (personality characteristics) to become a high-impact contributing member of the UCM Care Network. Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred, with at least 5 years plus experience in the healthcare field.
Practice management experience preferred
-Client services/people management (HR component) and business operations work experience
-Project management: developing, managing and implementing project work and coordinating work tasks with people
-Change management experience, preferred
-Experience reporting to senior leaders/stakeholders across multiple organizational functions
-Ability to effectively communicate (using oral, written, presentation skills) with all stakeholders
-Experience writing, leading, driving business planning process with MDs/related professionals and operational divisions
