HomeNet, a Cox Automotive Brand, is currently looking for an experienced Product Engineering Manager to join our Product Team in Exton, PA.

Job Summary

As the Product Engineering Manager, you will be responsible to maintain expert knowledge of internal and external systems. In the role of Product Engineering Manager, you will be expected to research, and demonstrate and provide guidance on emerging technologies and industry trends. To be successful in the role of Product Engineering Manager you must be able to provide leadership, guidance, coach, motivate, and lead team members toward high performance and development.

Your Role:

*

All HR-related duties, including (but not limited to) hiring, performance reviews, recognition & rewards, issue/conflict resolution, career development, performance planning, etc.
*

Ownership and accountability to form, maintain, and share the vision of the product portfolio, including the establishment of consistent patterns and practices across products within the portfolio
*

With the Product Managers and Engineering Managers, develop and maintain product roadmaps defining overall product strategy, release plans showing how engineering will implement against that strategy and status boards showing progress against plans
*

Clearly and succinctly communicate the priorities and plans to the team
*

Identify and gather data, metrics, and KPI s
*

Manage, prioritize, and execute multiple concurrent software development projects
*

Foster and strengthen a hard working and collaborative work environment
*

Be an advocate for change and embrace new IT standards
*

Ensure software is being built with value and following the SDLC methodology
*

Proactively push for quality recommend solutions
*

Collaborate and work closely with management and colleagues to create and ensure best in practice approaches across all platforms
*

Evaluate new technologies and explore how they can be leveraged
*

Mentor and train junior team members

QUALIFICATIONS

Required Experience:

*

10+ years of IT delivery experience in Internet environments
*

5+ years of experience as a Technical Lead on large-scale software implementations with design and hands-on development using current Microsoft tools and technologies
*

5+ years of experience with multi-tier, distributed enterprise architecture environments
*

3+ years of experience with Windows-based operating systems
