Manager, Product Integration

Knology, Inc., currently has an outstanding leadership opportunity in our Corporate Operations Support Group in West Point.

The Manager of Product Integration will be responsible for managing a team of individuals that provide systems configuration and support as it pertains to offer management. Individual will work hand in hand with the Corporate Product Management Team to ensure the flawless implementation of Billing System changes as it pertains to offer setup, testing, quality assurance and production implementation – to include: daily interaction with employees, piers and superiors to prioritize offer setup, pricing modifications, definition of audit & testing requirements, complete understanding of all data elements related to revenue creation and tracking, as well as the ability to manage and lead a team of Systems Analyst. This incumbent will interact with all levels within the Company, including Marketing, Finance, Operations, I/T, Analysts/Developers and the Executive Management team.

Key duties in this role will include:

Manage team of IT Business Systems Analysts;

Primary contact for configuration matters impacting Operations, Finance and Marketing departments as it pertains to Offer Management;

Design, develop and implement all configuration modifications as they relate to product offers within the Billing System;

Work with Finance and Taxation teams to audit & validate revenue changes resultant from Billing System and/or Configuration changes;

Work with the Manager of Billing to ensure proper understanding of offers built and to ensure auditing of offers once implemented into production;

Provide predictive revenue analysis on matters relating to changes in customer offers;

Work closely with corporate DBAs, Integration Analysts, and Reporting Analyst to ensure proper reporting of data as it pertains to Offer Management;

Participation in Knology’s Integration Team to assist in the setup, testing, quality assurance and production implementation of newly acquired companies as it pertains to offer management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Attributes We Seek In A Candidate Include:

Bachelors degree in business, computer science, or management information systems or equivalent experience;

4-6 years experience in telecommunications industry;

SQL skills and/or PL/SQL are a plus;

Demonstrated experience executing complex solutions in a fast paced environment;

Strong time management and leadership skills;

Strong analytic and deductive reasoning skills;

Experience evaluating system controls associated with complex business applications;

Excellent written and oral communication skills;

Ability to travel domestically approximately 25%.
