JOB DESCRIPTIONProduct Partnering is a Pharmaceutical Contract Development & Manufacturing service within Fresenius- Kabi s North America operations. The Manager, Product Partnering will be responsible for managing overall customer service on external customer accounts with a primary focus on the delivery of product, driving initiatives, and issue resolution/mitigation at an regional level within our North America manufacturing network.
The Manager, Product Partnering will specifically provide regional business and technical leadership supporting all products and services for our external clients. This role involves managing both the internal & external resources assigned by both parties. This includes leading the cross functional teams on the development of product through the launch and on-going commercial supply. They will assist in the development and negotiation of contracts, define project timelines, forecast product supply and delivery, establish and lead cross-functional teams and act as a key point of contact for North America s Product Partnering. This person will interact with, and influence various internal and external stakeholders. In addition, they will provide regular status updates and input to senior management on the proper prioritization of resources.
It is the goal and objective of this role to support the overall strategic needs of Product Partnering and align with external customer commitments. The Manager, Product Partnering is accountable for the integration and performance on customer accounts, as well as continued service throughout commercial supply and the lifecycle of the relationship at a regional level.
This person will serve as a champion for Product Partnering and our important high value external clients. The individual should have a comprehensive strong working knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing operations - ideally with finished sterile injectable dosage forms; project management ; ideally in product supply chain, technology transfers, and product commercialization; and supplier/customer relationship management - ideally through customer service, business development, and procurement.
Primarily responsible for ensuring and following up on the regional plant performance of client deliverables such as commercial product releases, supply chain & financial performance metrics, issue & conflict resolution, managing project schedules & compliance to defined project scope.
Secondarily responsible for supporting the overall development and growth of Product Partnering North America Business unit for example, support the development of potential new proposals which include project scope, costs, and timelines. Additionally, individual will participate and support other business development, marketing, and sales efforts as needed.
