The Program Manager will manage the execution of the Sustainment Battle Lab Experimentation Support contract within the Sustainment Center of Excellence to support the Army Campaign plan and the sustainment community. The Program Manager will research and evaluate existing and emerging logistics processes, future concepts, force designs, and organizational leadership. The PM will function as the single point of contact for the contracting officer s technical representative.


Ensure satisfaction execution and participate in war games using constructive experiments
Conduct analysis to gain insights
Recommend Doctrine, Organizations, Training, Leader Development, Personnel and Facilities (DOTLMPF) changes and future force concepts by effectively managing the delivery of the required contracted support
Manage cost requirements through analysis of requirements and assignment of available resources
Recruit highly qualified employees
Ensure adherence to customer, statutory, and regulatory requirements
Maintain employee morale
Schedule personnel and other resources to meet customer requirements
Ensure quality of service delivery through observation, analysis, and customer interaction
Author white papers, proposals, and basis of estimates as required
Maintain an excellent customer reputation through direct interaction and effective service delivery


Must be able to work extended hours and weekends on location and as required
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be able to create and analyze mathematical functions sufficient to identify cost and revenues for a multi-functional organization.
Must be able/willing to travel unaccompanied
Bachelor s degree in appropriate discipline required; Master s degree preferred
At least 15 years of military experience
Staff College graduation required; Senior Service college graduate preferred
Must have a minimum of 5 years of operations or technical program management experience
Must be proficient in Microsoft applications to include:
o Word
o Excel
o PowerPoint
o Outlook
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Applicant selected will be subject to a government background investigation and must be able to obtain a Secret security clearance and government-issued CAC card for access to classified information.
