EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

- Associates degree required or Bachelor's degree preferred in Nursing or related field. - May require Registered Nurse license in the state of Texas- Five (5) years of clinical nursing experience, interest and experience in quality and performance management

JOB DUTIES
-------------------------
1. Demonstrate continuous performance improvement in targeted areas of responsibility in alignment with the overall annual Hospital performance improvement targets.2. Meets or exceeds financial goals and objectives of the department.3. Assure registry data are submitted in an accurate and timely fashion. Evaluate new registries and develop implementation plans when participation is desired by the organization.4. Work with registry vendors and management reporting team so that data reporting is effective and streamlined where possible5. Collaborate with physicians and other providers who practice in registry care disciplines to optimize performance
